Teknipure’s TekniClean® 2Ply Presat polyester knit cleanroom wipers with sealed edges, presaturated with 85% isopropyl alcohol / 15% DI water, are designed for ultra-clean performance in critical environments that demand low-linting, low-shedding, and highly effective wiping solutions. Engineered from 2Ply polyester material, these knit wipes provide great particle pick-up and surface cleaning.
With sealed edges, these 2Ply polyester cleanroom IPA saturated wipers minimize fiber release, making them ideal for use in ISO Class 2–8 cleanrooms, including semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and medical device assembly.
Perfect for precision cleaning, surface prep, general wiping of surfaces, and residue removal, these alcohol pre-wetted polyester cleanroom wipes offer superior strength, durability, consistent wetness level and ensure consistent wiping and contamination control. Teknipure’s 2Ply Polyester knit wipers with sealed edge are available dry (TekniClean® 2Ply) and presaturated (TekniClean® 2Ply Presat).

- The products are pre-saturated with either 70% USP-Grade IPA or 100% Semiconductor-Grade IPA
- Sealed edge wipers provide low levels of particles and fibers and are suitable for use in most critical cleanroom environments
- Durable and abrasion resistant wiper that will not easily break up particles and fibers during use
