Teknipure’s Sterile TekniZorb® Presat presaturated 70% IPA polyester/cellulose nonwoven cleanroom wipers are engineered for precision cleaning in controlled environments where sterile wipes are necessary. These low-lint polycell nonwoven wipes are saturated with 70% isopropyl alcohol / 30% DI water blend, making them ideal for removing contaminants, residues, and particles from surfaces in cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, biotech labs, and medical device production.
These sterile cleanroom alcohol wipes are manufactured in ISO-certified facilities and are gamma-irradiated to sterility assurance level of 10-6 according to AAMI guidelines. They are lot traceable, ensuring they meet stringent GMP, USP <797>, and USP <800> requirements. Designed for use in ISO 5–8 environments, these pre-wetted cleanroom wipes help maintain compliance and reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
