Teknipure’s Sterile TekniZorb® polyester/cellulose nonwoven cleanroom wipers are engineered for precision cleaning in controlled environments where sterile wipers are necessary. These low-lint, polycell sterile nonwoven wipes are ideal for removing contaminants, residues, and particles from surfaces in cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, biotech labs, and medical device production.
TekniZorb® sterile cleanroom wipes are manufactured in ISO-certified facilities and are gamma-irradiated to sterility assurance level of 10-6 according to AAMI guidelines. They are lot traceable, ensuring they meet stringent GMP, USP <797>, and USP <800> requirements. Designed for use in ISO 5–8 environments, these sterile cleanroom wipes help maintain compliance and reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
